I was just searching the net for the term personal trainer website design and somehow this guy managed to get video indexed in Google from his website. Usually its youtube or metacafe.

Can you tell me how I can get video indexed from my website? I wasnt aware that this is possible

Do a Google search for "video sitemap". A video sitemap tells google that a video is located at a certain URL, and it helps your videos get indexed.

Google is good at indexing text and images - but its not so good at indexing videos. That is why google video search mostly list videos from youtube. To help fix this problem, you can submit a video sitemap to your google webmaster tools.

Do you know how google picks them to be in Google? It doesnt seem to be the usual backlinking that does that
