The best quality PLR I have come across so far is at "Private Label Content" - Self-Help PLR Content and is run by fellow warrior - Ronnie!

This is top shelf stuff - extremely well written and Im pretty sure with an affiliate program.

I would highly recommend Ronnies work!

Yes, Scot has a great site. It used to be called Keyword Avalanche and
is now called NicheRockets. PM me if you are interested and I will get you
the info to get a real good deal on membership.

It is not just a PLR/Resell site though. It is a full fledged forum with a LOT of good stuff.

I occasionally see Scot's name here from time to time with posts so you can probably PM him also,
