How Do I Flip A Mature Product?

Hello,

Hope this is the correct forum. I have developed a food-related info product. It took over five years in total. What it does is lower the F/C of restaurants AND/OR teaches home-cooks how to create 5 star Italian meals within 8 minutes. There are professional pics for the food items, templates and user manuals. The pics are used in restaurants to build desire, and one can easily create menus, posters and more.

It has been tested in several LARGE markets and some smaller ones. The fact of the matter is. The product sells. It is something that is needed.

So you ask yourself, "WHY is this fool trying to sell it?" My health. Plain and simple. I do not have the energy to put in. Even though 30K has been spent developing and testing.

What I have is a ready-to-go product. It even has two domains that are well named.

So, my apologies to babble. Where on this site will I post this one-of-a-kind product?

There is also a complete portfolio available that would be shown to the correct person. It is going very cheap as cash is my objective.

Ideas? Oh, and I am a Chef De Cuisine (Red Seal) Not just some guy who fooled around in his kitchen. This product has been sold all over Western Canada.
