Where do you guys host your embedded videos?

Where do you guys host your videos that you embed on your sites? I'm looking for the best speed/quality ratio.

Youtube might be the easiest choice... if they allowed us to embed at 480p. Right now, it's either 360p or HD. Well, people with slow internet connections will get a choppy video at HD settings, and at 360p the SOUND is horrible. It really is if there's some music in the video (with speech it isn't as bad).

At 480p the sound is MUCH better and most slow connections can handle it. Why on Earth don't Youtube give us the option? I mean it involves no additional step to the viewers on our site, so it can't be a "too complex tech" thing. I haven't found a way to embed at 480p.

Other two options I've tried:
Viddler, as there's a way to embed "private" "ad free" videos on our sites, but I'm not so sure about the overall quality so it's a second choice.

And I tried using AmazonS3 to host the videos + Flowplayer to play them, but it's way too slow to load, and there's not even a buffering %, so for a while, nothing happens as if it's frozen. We know what's going on, but not our web visitors, and that's a big no-no. Even small files seem to have a slow load time.

What do you guys use?
