Place to find good article writers? Automotive

I have a couple of automotive related website and I need good content. Where can I go to find writers? I can only pay about $1 per 100 words but on the flip side the articles do not need to be perfect.

I will go through and clean them up. Any good suggestions?

      Low blow there traveling guy....but I am not looking for the cream of the crop...in fact there are plenty of international writers chomping at the bit.

      Personally I can crank out 1k words an hour....and while $10 may not seem like a good rate for me....it is more than minimum wage her in the US. And overseas that $10 is a good gig I'm sure!
