Hootsuite!?

So I've only now seen this for the first time:

HootSuite - Social Media Dashboard for Teams using Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin

How long has this been around? Does anyone use it? Have you had good or bad experiences with it?

    I have been using it about 6 months. Love it! Only issues I have had is it occasionally cannot connect to the Twitter API, so feeds go offline for 15-60 minutes. Happens maybe 1-2 times a week.

    I use it every day. They add massive updates every 4 to 6 months.

    My favorite thing about it is the ping.fm integration. Saves me a ton of time.

      I use it - it's WAAAY better than trying to use Twitter. Here's my reasons:

      1. Hootsuite has an area to paste an URL and automatically make it a short link - INVALUABLE.
      2. Schedule tweets - tweet while you're asleep, 10 times or 100 times.
      3. Set up as many columns on the page as you like to display tweets from people you follow, people who mention or reply to you, your direct messages, your sent tweets and your direct message outbox.
      4. Less glitchy than Twitter (though if Twitter's down, Hootsuite naturally won't function 100% either).
