Clickbank Affiliate Management... I Help Needed

I have a product on Clickbank, but it doesn't allow me to capture an affiliates information and follow up and support the affiliate.

I just installed Easy Click Mate to help manage the affiliate relationship.

I have a few questions

1) Can people still use their clickbank ID even though ECM has it's own?
2) Where do I put all my affiliate resources once an affiliate signs up?

If you have a lot of experience with Easy Click Mate, I could use some help and advice Thanks!

I use infusionsoft to manage my JV's and so clickbank affiliate management is new to me.

Most clickbank vendors use what would be considered a squeeze page for their main affiliate page to get them to sign up to a list. Then they are redirected to an affiliate tool resource page with emails, keywords, banners, etc.

If you need help setting this up, let me know.

Thanks.. I have a lot of expertise using Infusionsoft with sales pages and optins.. just no expertise with Easy Click Mate. I want to manage affiliates, with who is selling the most, run contests, and you can't do that with clickbank alone. Do you have expertise in ECM?

    Hi,

Sorry for being late to the party (I'm usually offline weekends)

    To answer your questions:

    1) Can people still use their clickbank ID even though ECM has it's own?

Yes, affiliates that uses the default clickbank hoplink will be sent to your existing landing page,e.g. if your current landing page is: http:// yoursite.com/sales.html

Then, that's that's the page visitors will see when your affiliates use the default hoplink.

    On this screenshot:
    Easyclickmate Control Panel | EasyClickMate

You can see a field called "Default Marketplace Target URL" - this is the page/url easyclickmate will send visitors to (for affiliates that use the default hoplink)

    2) Where do I put all my affiliate resources once an affiliate signs up?

You can define an affiliate resource page for EACH of your products:

    See this screenshot:
    Affiliate Marketing Resources | EasyClickMate

Once you've created those resource pages and added it into the control panel, your affiliates will be able to see them when they login. If you leave it blank, then there will be no resource page for that particular product.

Let me know if you have more questions.

    Best regards,
    Adrian
