Some market research on the wordpress Headway theme

I am thinking of buying a developer license for the Headway theme and using that to build some niche blogs. For anyone not familiar with headway, it seems to be one of the best theme frameworks for making easily customisable themes and is especially aimed at the non-coder.
The normal license for the theme is $80 or so for a single license. Do you think it would be an attractive package to make sites using this theme, selling them for around $30 each and maybe offering multi-purchase discounts? Would using Headway be a big selling point?
The developer license is more expensive so want to see what people think before I take the plunge, so to speak.
