Use ping.fm and ping your squeeze page. Simple stuff. I have 3 squeeze pages and they got 50-100 visits each "immediately" after pinging them. How targeted the traffic is is hard to say, but when pinging I did write a "review" that let them know what they were clicking on, so..
Of course, how many visits you get depends on how many of the bookmarking-places (like stumbleupon, delicious etc) that you have connected to your pin.fm So you can get more/less visits -- obviously.
