Help!5000 hits a day on myspace(newbie)

I've only just joined the warrior forum and this is my 1st post!
You see, i have this lil problem. For the last 7 days my myspace music page recieves over 5000 visits and plays of music a day. This is great exposure for my music and i've made some great contacts in the past few days. By the end of this 30 day period i will recieve over 100,000 visitors.
However....Its not monetized in any shape or form yet. I do have a mailing list optin box but i believe that its in the wrong place because i have had no sign ups to it yet. And i guess the other reason is i haven't actually asked people to optin!! I have my optin box about a 3rd of the way down my page sat underneath my 2 music players.
My traffic is targeted and my visitors are either dj's,Bands,solo artists and recording studio's,film studios etc.
Obviously i'll be selling my music from my page but i would like to know the best ways to brand myself as an Authority figure.
I buy studio and dj equipment and of course music and i'm goin to write reviews about my wonderful new boys toys as i buy them! I'm sure you can see where i i'm heading with this.
i've got some ebooks i've seen on clickbank etc. these are highly targeted ebooks i should imagine because they are all related to myspace and what everyone i would imagine is trying to achieve. I've tried adding affiliate banners to my page and i keep getting refused!! Very frustrating.....
i have other ideas for jv's which i won't go into now but i believe is an untapped goldmine!! i got to do some more research first ; )
So now you know where i'm at and what i'm aiming to implement my questions are.
How do i incorporate affiliate products on my page?
How do i make sure that my page is set up to direct my visitors to where i want them to go?
And i guess most importantly how do i brand myself as an Authority figure?
I have over 20 years experience as a dj and over 10 years experience as producer and about 2 months experience as an internet marketer. The latter needs vast improvement.
