Website Transfer - A little help

Here's my instructions for transferring a site

Well, there are two ways to do this, and I'll give my recommendation in a second.

a) Move the Site for Them.
--> Remember to send them, the domain first, so they can change the NameServers, so you can move the site over.
--> Get there FTP Info, and upload all files from the last site over.
--> Add a Database using there system (Remember the DETAILS)
--> Go into PHPMYADMIN, and Import the Database (If you haven't yet, get the database from your server, backed up to your computer)
--> Change the WP Config file database info, to the new database that you just made.

The site should be working perfectly now. In most cases, on Flippa, the buyer will want you to move the site, because they are not sure of how to do it. In my experience, it's best just to move it for them, then to explain step by step. However the step below works to:

b) In the Sale Completion Area do this:
--> Send them the domains to there NameCheap Username.
--> ZIP Up all files from /public_html, along with backing up any databases (SQL Files) to the ZIP File.
--> Upload this ZIP file to your favorite server, and send the link to the Flippa Buyer.
--> Be sure to give them some-what instructions for installation (or use the ones above).
