Need Help On Keywords Please.

Hey all.

I am developing a website of computer tutorials on a certain program and my goal is to create an ebook and eventually flip the site and the ebook once I have some sales. I have narrowed it down to two domain names based on keywords have researched.

One has 38,700 competition and 12,100 monthly searches with a KEI of 3782.2. The other has 1,360 competition with 1,600 monthly volume and a KEI of 1882.35.

Would it be better to go with the higher competition but higher volume or lower competition but lower volume?

Thanks.

Scott

It would be a very good idea to research the first 10, even 20, sites
for those keywords and determine if you have a good chance to compete.
