Rights to an Outsourced Article... Who is writing your review copy?

There is another thread on a similar line but my question is slightly different.

If when you have had someone Ghost write an article for you the rights are completely yours after payment as if you had written it yourself.

There is therefore nothing stopping such a person advertising their services as an article writer using the purchased article that they have 100% rights to as a review copy? am I right?

If so that is quite scary because I see many people chose their outsource writer based on a Review copy.

Is this happening you think?

It's completely legitimate for them to purchase an article, and say they wrote it. After purchase, they have 100% rights to the Article, so now it's there's. Although; it seems scary that we could have a bunch out there giving 'fake' review copies, there are also legitimate people out there.

You can't make any rules about 'samples' or 'review copies' because how do you know whether they bought the article, or wrote it themselves. Chances are, you don't .

That's what I thought, Okay Caleb you need to confess you are in fact 40 and just posing as 15 year old ....Geez to mature

It is a bit scary I personally only would ask for a single article pay for it and base further purchases on a the quality of that article.

Im sure my above actions are not full proof but I think you have more recourse than basing you article on a review copy, and then getting really stinky articles.

Okay I don't give review copies now, but I think I will get Alexa or Caliban to write me articles these will be my review copies... Kidding, But it is scary that someone can legitimately use great writers to make money sure it will not las for too long I am just scared of some scammers out there who don't care.
