Yup. Been with them for a few years now. They are AWESOME! My VA Lloyd is great. I recommend their New Wealth deal where they do everything for you, sales page, articles, content etc. I paid 2K, but you may be able to get it for less if you search around a bit. I've made a lot of money from my VA. Good stuff!

123 Employee is an extremely dependable Outsourcing company. As a VP of Sales I've worked with multiple outsourcing companies and nothing compares to the work ethics and price structure. Daven Michaels, CEO is also someone who is great to work with and will make time to find out what your specific needs are, and get his team on it.

What I like about our VA:

If our VA is ever unavailable for a holiday or training he gives us ample notice. Our VA is always punctual if not early to the start of his shift. In the beginning, training and patience is a must if your looking to get a solid ROI. Our VA's timeliness is great as well. Completeness of his daily agenda's are solid. What I like even more so is that our VA doesn't get stuck on things and twiddle his thumbs. He always knows how to find more work when he finishes one thing. He's asking questions when in doubt, which his manager greatly appreciates. The interpersonal skills of the our VA and staff are also quite pleasant and refreshing. They really care about the growth of your business and will do whatever it takes to go above and beyond for you.

Almost $1,000 a month is very high for an SEO, VA, writer, or programmer...

For a standard VA with basic seo skills I pay $250-$300 a month
For an expert SEO person, I pay $300-$400 a month
For a great writer I pay around $350
And a good designer or programmer gets around $400-$600 from me...

Although, if you don't want to go through all the time to train someone, it might be best to pay premium price for a VA

I'm a fairly new 123 client. My partner turned me onto them. He has been very happy with them. So far so good!

I've done outsourcing before and let me tell you, it's not as fun as one would think. One of the main problems many people face when outsourcing is actually finding the right person who will ACTUALLY DO the job they say they'll do.

How do I know this?

I've worked with many companies and individuals when it comes to outsourcing and had some interesting experiences. After all of this, I can tell you one thing. When it comes to VA, the good old saying: "You get what you pay for" is pretty true.

You can certainly find a cheap VA that will do stuff for you for $3-$5 an hour but they also come with a lot of excuses and delays. For instance, have you ever heard: "My internet went down because of..." Well, I have.

123employee might be on the expensive side but they are very reliable. You won't have to worry about when or the job is done because they're trained and actually do what they say they'll do.

Ultimately, I think you need to look at the numbers. If a VA who costs you $500/mo does his/her job well to a point where you're getting quality traffic that converts into sales and you make profit, then I would go with that VA.

Heck, if my VA is making me $2 for every $1 I invest in him/her, I'm paying them. At least that's how I look at it. Good luck with whatever company you end up using but I would definitely consider using 123empolyee.

I have worked with the owner Daven Michaels and have nothing but the highest regard for him and his organization.

I have personally been AMAZINGLY unsuccessful outsourcing on my own. I probably come from a different perspective then others. Most all outsourcing I have done on my own has been a nightmare... I seem to be the odd ball in that regard. Perhaps I'm just really demanding.

Anyhow, I don't care about price, I care about value. How much is my return. I mean we can all hire $2.00 employees all day that make us NO money and charge a cheap price...is that best for you? How you run your business and what you decide is the proper pricing is a personal decision.

I just look at amount I get in return... That is the KEY number in my business, the ROI. When it comes to Daven Michaels I give him and his organization two thumbs up.

I called 123employee several times over a month period and I could not get their sales department to call me back. I have even tried to reach them on Skype and I have received the run around. I even emailed Daven Michaels directly and he said that he would handle it and after several emails to him I never got anywhere. My guess is they are at 100% capacity.

Be careful with them. I know the guy that actually wrote a majority of 123employee's content, and he still hasn't been paid by Daven. Yet the product is available. Hmm....

Never heard of them. When hiring VAs it's actually best to interview them and give them some tasks to evaluate their performance. It's also true that you always get what you pay for. Paying cheap? Are you expecting any quality results from that? Of course you also have to manage VAs especially those whom you are paying much.

123employee is terrible!! I used them for a couple of months and had to micro-manage the employee. That wouldn't be a problem, if she had learned the stuff, but she didn't...

The I caught her cheating and lying about time, so the management they have in place is rather weak...

I came across another guy the other day who really goes a long way in finding people and oversees them really well in his office.

Does anyone know anything about the book Daven is writing/promoting. It looked interesting so I ordered a copy. Since then I get sales emails etc...but no response to why I have not had a response from them...no bonus downloads...in fact nada!...From where I sit it's a scam

Never heard of them before, it's at times a good option to create a direct working relationship with someone you know does a good job. Search around at forums or freelancing sites, that might help too.

I personally pay $300 a month and my VA does everything. You can find people like this for free on easyoutsource, post what you're looking for and how much you're willing to pay...then watch the applications roll in.

In my opinion, there's something sleazy going on with this company. They charge premium pricing, but run a chop-shop on the back end. Their office we went to here in the Philippines seemed poorly managed and they cut costs (and employee wages) every chance they get, according to a few reports I've heard.

As far as I could tell, it wasn't even their office. They were hanging a sign over the other company's sign and pretending to be them...photo-op maybe? Something fishy going on here, for sure...

Go to one of their seminars, if you stay all three days you get to try one of their VA's for a month.

I use VA's in my biz everyday, the VA they provided wasn't too impressive. I told them I wanted someone to do appointment setting, the person they gave me was nice but we weren't getting any results. I asked to get recordings of her attempts, it took a while but they finally got them to me after about a week. Te VA was veering from the script and was pretty terrible on the phone.

So we switched her to a different task, gathering leads for our salesmen to call/visit, but she was extremely slow!! We tried to get her to do a few other things but we were just not happy with the quality of the VA.

Like I said we have our own VA's that we use and they are fantastic!! I think the problem is you don't really get to interview and select your own VA, they were basically assigned to us. When we hire our own VA there is an intensive three tiered interview process, which works very well.

So it seems it kinda hit and miss from what I can see from the reviews coupled with my own experience. But like I said go to one of their seminars, it was fun and informative. And if you stay all three days you get a free month of service to try it out!

A great outsourcing company to use is Carve - oddly enough I popped into their office yesterday. I was really amazed by how professional and well-run everything was. I used them last year for a while, and had good results. I normally just hire my own guys, but I don't think you'll be able to find a better outsourcing company. Tom, the guy who runs the company is really top-notch.
