I have been finding the best fit tool for my office staff to communicate better then msn, msn is just wasting too much time where it allow my staff to talk to outsider n nothing related to my business.

Here are my best free tools to help my staff stay focus on my business, hope this will help u too : )

- good drawing & planning tool

- very easy to understand

      If you ask me how good is mangospring n bubbl compare to dropbox, I will say they are all impressive!

      Yep Bubbl.us is great, use it all the time for mind maps and training my outsource staff, they love it too.

        thanks for the info, but i'm sure some CRM are free, and nice for business, although they have limitations, for example, the number of users on the CRM, or the space they give you, but thanks anyway!

      Not only SugarCRM has a free trial, but it also has a community version which is freely available. This version contains most features contained in the paid version.
