Any Social Bookmarketing Tips?

I have an informational site with a lot of very useful content. SEO is a great way to bring traffic to the site, but I want to start diversifying and start making my presence felt in different social bookmarketing sites.

My theory is that social bookmarketing will bring more links, which will bring more dirrect traffic from them, which will lead to more natural links.

Any tips for doing this? Has anybody managed to build a lot of backlinks and get a lot of extra traffic this way?

    yes you can get backlinks to your site, but make sure you don't just link to your content, but to other peoples too. The SB sites will find out if you are just linking to your sites only, so mix it up.

    diverisfy the anchor text and averagely link to the entire position of your site,all the links pointing to the homepage is uncommon on logical

    After bookmarking, make sure that you ping your profile so it is indexed and counted as a link.
