Google position 30-60, and you are worried? Some people are way up in the 200+, so i think that being between 30-60 for now is good.

You can use that as a base to raise its position.

Social bookmarking: join a variety of social bookmarking sites, and link to your site, but Also backlink to other peoples similar sites, so the SB sites dont get suspicious of you spamming your own site.

Social bookmark to popular videos, articles, blog posts 'aswell' as your site.

Other backlinking methods:
-You can try purchasing some quality targetted links
-You can submit articles to a variety of 10+ article directories, and point your sig link to your site
-Add a blog to your domain, and submit that Blog to blog directories +Rss directories. This blog should also link to your domain name, getting more link juice from the RSS + Blog directories
- Submit to some high authority press release sites, which will also give you some good link juice.

There are some methods for now, which should hopefully increase its rankings gradually and might take 2+ months for noticeable results.

Tips are same still today in SEO .
1. Make good content.
2. Create free useful tool/application for your user. It can attract lot of links.
3. Make some good friends in Social Networking site and gradually promote your product/services.
4. Use Social Bookmarking ,don't overdo it though
5. Add your link to some trusted sources like Wikipedia, Yahoo answers though they are no follow,still it helps.

Social book marking is the one of the best technique you can you use. Secondly there re other options also like article directories where you can post your articles. Third use blog commenting method, give comments with different keyword. Forum posting is lso good method to improve your traffic.

First, congrats on your success so far. There are alot of people who wish they had your ranking right now!

The best way to build quality backlinks is through quality content. Google gives more preference to those than ones you trade for or buy because they're a better measure of your relevance and popularity.

Try some article marketing. Here is a list of the top 50 article directories. Submit to several places, and see which ones give you the best results. If you get a chance to complete a user profile, do it (it counts as its own separate backlink).

Personally, I've seen success with Amazines, Idea Marketers, Articles Base, Go Articles, and Article Snatch. I've also had success with American Chronicle (which isn't on the list, but is affiliated with a ton of online mags and newspapers. You have to be approved to be 1 of their writers, but it's worth it! It's a little "higher class" that the run of the mill article directories.)

You can also try some guest blogging. There are plenty of blogs that accept/encourage guest postings. It's a great way to build links and get out in front of highly-targeted traffic all at the same time!

For the social bookmarking sites, there are the big ones - Digg, reddit, delicious... To see success with any of them, you'll need amazing content.

Just strive for great content, and be patient. You're already in a good spot. You can certainly do better, but it won't happen overnight.
