Looking Over Stuff
So, a few minutes ago.. I put some pizza in the oven for me and my brother to have for lunch.. Then, I headed back to my computer, to add to the normal discussions on the Warrior Forum.
As I'm reading a thread, I remember.. "aren't you supposed to put a timer on for pizza", so I rush out.. But I don't know how long to put the timer on for, because I don't know how long I was gone for.. before you leave this thread, and think "what is wrong with caleb", I'll get to my point.
I overlooked the timer thing because I thought everything would be done for me, and that the pizza would magically time itself.. Or not..
Anyways, it's the same thing with marketing. When you set up a product to market, I tend to look over the small stuff. What I mean, is the little spelling mistake at the bottom of the page, or forgetting to add the link somewhere else, point blank: I'm forgetting the small-stuff.
And.. like with the time for the pizza, so it doesn't get burned, the small stuff is one of the most important things in launching a product.. After the big things, of course. One spelling mistake, can make your product look bad, especially if it's in the middle of your copy, or in the header.
I'm currently working with a client, and the people that did there copy overlooked an apostrophe in the header, it says "dont believe the scams...", what do you think the first thing someone says when they see there's no apostrophe?
Remember the small stuff, because it's important too.
