Digital point is a good place to find cheap workers but be aware of the scammers, other then that you can go for freelancer.com, Odesk, and there are many out there.

Digital Point has a bad reputation on here but its served me well. I recently had a hacker attack my websites (5 of them) and I advertised for someone to try and sort the mess on DP. I got an answer within 10 minutes, he went to work and three hours later all sites were sorted, back on line and working correctly. The cost? just $50. I reckon that was money very well spent - and yes I now make regular backups and also have strengthened the security of the sites.

    Worth trying in my opinion.

I have spend hundreds and hundreds with oDesk and Fiverr. Both are hit and miss. Some guys ROCK and others are a complete loss. I suggest checking their feedback, and make sure it's by several people and not just 1 person. Now that I have my favorites, I stay with them.

      Mark,

Have you used Fiverr alot for promotion? I've used the fiverrs of some who have an established presence and tweet things, on occasion....

All depends on the product/service, your goal, etc...tread with caution. On the other hand, if nothing happens with $5, it's easy to say "Hey, it was only $5..."

Yes, I have. When it come to promotion, some are great, and some suck. The best gig on Fiverr.com is from Intropal. That guy get's your link in 1000 Yahoo Groups with your keywords, and then finds 100+ niche sites to also post your keywords, website link and short ad in. I have used that guy for 10+ of my clients, great results. Another good guy is TomPet. He does a great job too.

I took look for good recommendations and the other gigs they offer to see if they sound legit.

        Who do you like?

For one-off deals try fiverr. but if this is going to be a recurring thing. gotta start looking for some decent full time cheap staff to test.

            all the best,

I love Fiverr. There are so many little things you can get done for 5 bucks a pop. I've used Tompet before. For his directory submissions and his org chart gig. He delivers good stuff.

oDesk has different test for freelancers. A combination of feedback and good scores may be the answer.

I always found a lot of workers from GAF, Elance, oDesk for doing work on forums, blogs, article writing, content moderation, software development.

I had worked with teams whom i have outsourced my lot of projects. I feel pretty satisfied with their performance on whatever work I gave these freelancers.

One best source location to get your work done is Phil, where there are a lots & lots of service providers & are quality prone.

I recommend hiring assistants with a full time, monthly retainer or a part time arrangement.

This will lower down your costs.

Also, hiring from legally registered offshore companies offering business consultancy, marketing and manpower sourcing, training & management services with a proven track record of quality and dependability will ensure you get to work with reliable assistants.

You can go ahead and check the WSOs in my sig below in case we could work together.

    Best Regards,

I am not sure if you are still open to options for outsourcing, but Freelancer allows you to outsource your work.
You will get highly targeted professionals to do the work you need done, as quickly as possible. There are many people eager to work for you.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for all your suggestions, it's much appreciated. I haven't posted the Job on here as it is for a WSO that I bought and I don't want to give out there methods on here, doesn't seem fair. That's why I am looking outside WF. I wouldn't want it done to me.

    thanks again

Its good to know that there are lots of Warrior members here who recommended Philippines companies to be one of the great outsourcing providers. Those sites mentioned above are all freelance sites where in staffs are working from home. I suggest to hire an outsourcing company instead of a freelancer. Leased staff are permanent workers of a company and are easy to reach in case you need them. Freelancers do not have employers so they do as they please and sometimes cannot be contacted for various reasons.

Digital point is a good place to find cheap workers but be aware of spammers. You can create you own blog and post articles there. Freelancer is a place for you where you can outsource. You can find thousand of freelancers there and they can work for you and can give you quality work. You have to spend just little money there.
