Worried about Copy Right

So, again, I have my niche picked out and my plan for my .com and word press set up.

I will be writing articles and blog posts, but I am worried about copy rights. Let me get this straight; so it is ok for me to google about my subject, gather research, statements, and facts then write MY OWN article in MY OWN words even though the whole article is based on other internet postings? I can just summarize other facts and I dont have to give credit or post a resources link at the bottom/bibliography??

The ideas and facts are not subject to copyright. The 'creative expression of ideas' is copyrightable.

TECHNICALLY right, but you should know the subject. Copying mistakes COULD land you in a suite! Some map publishers have named unnamed streets. Chemical companies have use tradenames, list owners have seeded lists. Sometimes they HAVE sued on that basis and WON! Besides, there is garbage and lies out there about almost any subject you could name. I hope nobody just aggregates it and sells it.

If the info is correct then its correct, its like in a maths exam the teacher can only catch you cheating by compareing papers if the answer is wrong, if it right just get the info and Re-write it

    hope that helped

thats what i thought thank you!!! also, i can post my blog in my signature here right? because the blog is not a direct affiliate link; so i shouldnt have any problems posting my blog here or at any forum site, i assume? my affil links are on the blog.

also, because i am hosting my own .com word press, i shouldnt worry about violating TOS with affiliate marketing, right? some free blogs say you cant sell in your blog post. but i am buying from what ever source (go daddy?) and probably hosting at host gator

Of course you can post it in your signature, only problem is some of the bigger people on the forum dont like giving away there niche

i dont quite underrstand you last question though lol, if your useing clickbank or a affliate they want you to sell there product so theres no rules about not selling it, and if its your domain and your hosting you can do what ever (ligal) thing you want on it
