Launch Clickbank-product before I got traffic?

I got a product ready that I'm going to use with Clickbank.

I haven't launched it at Clickbank yet because I want to build up my traffic first so I can send sales from multiple accounts. So the gravity gets higher.

But does this really matter? I mean, if people can see that my product have been launched for like a month without any sales. Then they think the product is sh*t, right?

Do I need to wait for my traffic so I can send sales once I launch it to make it look like something they want to promote?

Put it up and YOU start promoting it. Over time, affiliates will join in.

Create an aff resources page with tools for affiliates to help promote.

Build a list by giving away a freebie or a small part of your product. Allow affiliates to use your freebie to attract subscribers too.

I had a product I put up 2 years ago and had zero affiliates promoting it. I now have over 1,000 hops per day using the above methods.

Make a plan for promotion and then stick to it. Perseverance will pay.

    Wait.

Wait untill it is improved - the first month or so you should send traffic yourself and look at your conversion rate, then improve it...

If you launch without any evidence of conversion at all then no one will get on board anyway - if you take the time to tweak, test and improve your page then show your stats and really push and recruit affiliates for it you will have a much better launch. It doesn't matter at all that it is 2 months after the product actually went live.
