I'm trying to find the best shopping cart solution for a client who wants to sell gift certificates on their website. She's providing a service, not a product so there's a limit on volume she can handle.
Is there a specific shopping cart for this niche? Her current merchant account provider requires a $50 set up fee and a separate merchant account as well as a $35 minimum per month.
