Script for Twitter + Facebook Help Spread my Product

Hi guys i don't know if the title is good, but im looking for some type of script that let's said i have a new product to release and then people can subscribe after that the user get like a link to a page where the product there let's said a free something then they can have access to the download plus below a Twitter + Facebook submition so the people can help me spread the product around twitter and facebook but at the same time something to track who submit my content so i can make like a contest with like "with 500 submitters to twiter and facebook we will pick a winner for $500" something like that, and sorry for the long text but i wanna explain it well.

Is something out there ? paid or free script

    I don't know of a script that does ALL your wanting but I have tweet riches which allows you to say "tweet this message" and you'll get x, y, and z bonuses.

    It's pretty easy to set up...if you can set up a squeeze page you can use the HTML it outputs for you.

    Hmmmmmmm. don't know if you asked this before. It sounds very, very familiar.
    Must be making the rounds or something.

    I may be wrong, but what you are doing sounds completely against the TOS of
    twitter and facebook.
