Need suggestions on benefits of anger control

Hi,

Can someone suggest some benefits for anger control? I have been researching, but can't pinpoint what I need to be looking for. This is for a FTM membership site in which I am revamping the sales page.

Thanks.

Just for starters, staying out of jail, avoiding divorce, keeping your friends, avoiding civil suits, avoiding having the crap beaten out of you, keeping your job, keeping your business, keeping your employees.........the list is limited only by your imagination, since losing your temper can have serious long-term and short-term consequences.

You're already selling a product about it, but you cant describe the benefits, or do i misread something ? Anyhow, try searching harder, this should be something that you should be able to find easily in Google: Google

Here's what I came up with:

    - helps to promote calm
    - energy is redirected: an angry person becomes more involved in positive action.
    - person begins to understand him/herself better
    - person relates to others more effectively

When you lose your temper you lose control of yourself. People who blow up try to control others through the force of their anger - but they lose themselves in the process.

Try everything in your power not to turn twenty five too soon... I have been pissed off every since I realized I wasnt 25 anymore.

Pretty much the benefit is peace and harmony.

    Hi Michelle,

Anger also leads to stress and can contirubte to a whole host of health problems. "Letting off steam" is not as good of a thing as most people think.

So, if you can find any connections between anger and health, you will have even more benefits to choose from.

    All the best,
    Michael

I used my 5 second niche research method to come up with these. A skill you should master when doing niche marketing.

Feel good about how you dealt with situations that used to make you angry

Stop hurting or scaring your loved ones

Be proud of the example you are setting for your kids

    Feel in control of yourself

    Feel respected and understood

Don't feel stressed all the time

Stop obsessing about whatever it was that made you mad

Discover how easy it is to move through life without suffering stress, depression, hopelessness or bitterness

Never again let another person's ignorance, disrespect, or hurtful actions consume you and destroy your quality of life

Learn the true meaning of the happiness that you deserve

Live honestly and openly without suffering from self-destructive and deceptive nature of passive aggression

Save your friendships, your marriage and/or your relationship with your children from ruin

Wake up each day with a smile on your face, no longer feeling like the world's out to get you

Finally resolve the deep-seated hurt and anger that's been continually haunting you from your past

Experience peace of mind you never thought was possible

Easily handle the most difficult situations with no anger at all

Permanently eliminate the sources of your anger that can't be reached through years of therapy, group meetings, self-help books or willpower

Save yourself from ever feeling the need to find solace in drugs or alcohol

Forget what it felt like to walk through life cranky and irritable

Never again experience the helpless out-of-control feelings typical of severe anger problems

Suddenly find how effortless it is to avoid arguments, screaming matches, violence, and the desire for revenge

Completely vanquish those secret desires to "make them pay"

Discover what it means to have healthy, supportive, long-lasting relationships

Destroy the hidden wells of brewing anger that boil even if you think "everything is OK."

Sleep easily without thinking incessantly about what someone said or did "to you"

Thanks for creating the topic. Someone close to me has problems managing anger. I sent the link of the thread to that person.

Emotional responses or defense mechanisms, can be changed by brainwashing yourself into a more desirable set of responses... for instance I have memorized literal chapters of Og Mandingo and Rudyard Kipling, Kahlil Gibran ... also some others...

I have verses that pop into my mind in every situation.... and I am able to cope with that situation appropriately... seriously any red flag that I experience I literally hear a passage of literature for...

Anyway, brainwash yourself with something good. "Have you brainwashed yourself today"?
