CLIENT REACTIVATION CONSULTANT FEES SHOULD I CHARGE A FEE?

I am creating a script for call backs and can't decide if I should waive initial fee for client reactivations, and, just take 50% of profits.

or

Should I charge an initial fee of $500-$5000 and still take portion of profits from reactivations, (likely I am going to have to mine through their data, sit in their office, etc to justify those fees). I am thinking the client might be turned off by an initial fee. I am not sure what I should do I don't want to scare off potential clients.

I would suggest you charge upfront.

That way your client will be committed to making the project work and you'll also know you're getting paid something.

While not charging clients upfront sounds wonderful in practice what happens is you end up with a pile of clients who don't value your time or your service.

When they have to go through the process of working out what you're likely to be worth to them because you're forcing them to write you a check the clients you get will be far more likely to treat you and your time with some healthy respect.

    Kindest regards,
    Andrew Cavanagh

So Janok, yer tryin it? Good on you.

If you even charge $50.00 that client has vested interest in you from then on. When they hand you the check they are saying "okay, now you are my web go to guy...Im counting on you"...

So whatever iut take to make him say "You are my web guy"... then do it. All of his business is yours after that moment... unless you start screwing up. Read "The Peter Principle". Great book.

Ps... Once he is yours charge him whatever is fair.

You think $50 will make them take note? I am still creating my script and honestly I am looking at charging $5000 off the top, so, they will be like, "this guy is not joking". Plus 50% of profits.

I was more referring to a principle than a dollar amount... in other words charge as much as you can without losing them... you can always make more later. Only if you close the deal.

The answer is just in our post. Basically it means reactivating old clients who have stopped coming to your business.
