Who's the best sales page content writer?

I'm looking for someone to come up with a sales page for my non IM related eBook.

Can any Warriors recommend a good copywriter?

I am a copywriter and my rate is $ 1 per 100 words but what is the niche?

      Whoa, $1 per 100 words?

I should have you write my Link Vana posts

      ---

Brian McElroy will write you copy that's guaranteed to sell. He's not cheap, though.

If you're expecting a lot of traffic he's well worth it!

Pretty affordable for content writing, which I think is what you meant, but I believe the thread starter is looking for a copywriter which, in internet marketing, is a person who writes sales letters for products to achieve optimal conversion rate.

Yes Ghostwriter, I am looking for "a copywriter which, in internet marketing, is a person who writes sales letters for products to achieve optimal conversion rate."

hersmart4ever, I'll PM you with a request for a sample of your writing if possible.

I suggest you post your question in the copywriting forum... where the rest of us copywriters tend to hang out.

Who's the best? Depends on the niche and your budget, for starters.

If the original poster can give a bit more information, they should get some more targeted suggestions.

Do NOT use soft to write copy. There is no easy way out of this. Gotta just write it. Anything will be better than a piece of machine that writes copy for you.

if I had the money, I would use Michel Fortin or Jeff Walker, but I don't, so I better shut up.

I do hope you are joking!

Your sales letter is only your most important piece of writing, why would you let some piece of software crank out some mediocre mush that will get you mediocre sales?

I have been quoted $10,000 - $20,000 from self proclaimed copywriters. That is not to say that their work won't do the job of selling, but for a $47 product, that is a lot of sales just to break even.

Exactly what niche does your product belong to? "non-IM" is a very broad term.

And what experience do you have in launching products?

If this is your first ebook launch, then most big copywriters will not be ready to write for you even if you can afford their fee because then it's just too much work, and there's eventually no guarantee that you'll put the copy to good use.

Copywriting is definitely the most expensive thing to outsource for an online business. It's also the most important skill to master, as Craig mentioned too.

Keep in mind that top-quality copywriters will already be busy and you may have to wait weeks or even months until they can start your project.

Getting great copy isn't a magic bullet either. It's part of the complete solution.

IF your product is inferior or something that your market doesn't want, your sales will bomb.

If your offer is lousy or overpriced, then your sales will bomb.

If you send non-targeted prospects to your sales letter, your sales will bomb.

When you hire an experienced copywriter, they will help you avoid those types of mistakes. Listen to them. They want to see your project succeed just as much as you do because it makes them more valuable (and expensive) as a copywriter.

    Hope that helps,

    Mike
