Any ways to increase your confirmation rate?

Howdy warriors,

So I was looking at my aweber reports yesterday and I noticed that on one of my lists 30.4% sign ups are not confirming their opt in

First of all, is this number unusually high or is that about an average number for most opt ins?

Second, are there any 'tricks' to reducing this number and getting more confirmed opt ins?

I'm using Aweber right now and the 'check your email' page I'm using is their video page, which I thought was very professional looking. I was thinking that perhaps I could improve upon this page by simply including links to the different email providers. I would think that wouldn't hurt.

What are your thoughts?

    • I guess the only way to really find out what works is to simply test different confirmation pages and see what happens.

I was first going to try a video page with links to the big four email account that way few people will have to leave the page in order to check their email....

So how can someone get their hands on this script and is it compatible with Aweber?
