Looks good and solid; however, where is the big [BUY] button, because all I see is an email sign up. Remember the more steps you have, the more people you lose, and less money you make in this game. People want to know how much it costs and it they do not see a price, they will imagine it is very expensive.

It's an awesome squeeze page but If I were you, I would highlight what the Ebook actually offers as opposed to highlighting the name of the Ebook. Highlight or change the font color on words where you explain what the Ebook offers that makes it special

Why would you have a 'buy' button on a squeeze page if you are list building?

On the whole, it looks pretty good.

Here's an idea for when you start testing ("borrowed" from the Rodale people)...

Try turning the bullets into questions with the page number of the answers in parentheses, like this:

PLR Flipped - Discover The Real Reasons Why You Should Consider Creating Your Own PLR Content

      becomes

Do You Know The Real Reasons Why You Should Consider Creating Your Own PLR Content? (page 27)

Good idea - those darn Rodale people get me every time especially with the page numbers!

Oh - and it should be a question that they aren't already sure of the answer, so nothing that they could simply answer "yes" or "no" to.

I don't know if it just me but when I go to that page, the first email form is already filled with an email address that I pressume is yours?

Other than that it's pretty nice squeeze page.

    hey man,

first of all you shouldn't listen to any of us and instead trust the good old Analytics

Secondly in my opinion your squeeze page looks good and i'm guesing that with decent traffic it would convert at around 30% (just a guess tho)

Alright few things that I would do is:

    1) Get rid of the tick box "Yes Vishal..."
    2) Change the font size, colour and the actual font of the "first name" and "email address" because it doesnt stand out.
    3) ... test test test

sorry, writing this after few beers. take care mate

If I change the background The page will load late.
And that's the Biggest Mistake of an squeeze page.

At 1024 x 768 the optin box is below the fold.

There's still a ton of users on this resolution, as well as all the new mobile tablets etc.

It looks simple and neat... Though I would make the headline easier. I had to read it twice before it clicked what you were trying to say. It doesn't flow smoothly... Maybe shorten it a little?

I don't know why, but something about the dotted lines around your boxes doesn't appeal to me. Maybe it's just trivial though. Otherwise, you've gotten some good advice already.

Economize unnecessary wording. For instance, the following:

Warning - The following information may help you actually start - USING - all the PLR content you have collecting "Digital Dust" on your Hard Drive . . .
        ------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Becomes:
        ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Warning - This information will help you USE PLR content collecting "Digital Dust" on your Hard Drive . . .

When writing, especially for marketing, give your sentences more
clarity by removing unnecessary modifiers. I would also split test
this, which has already been suggested, by rewriting the headline
a few different ways. You might try phrasing the above headline
        as a question/answer headline.

Other than that, I think your design is clean, and flows very well.
I wouldn't worry much about the fold, as a well written headline
will direct the user to the opt in box just fine.

        All in all, nicely done.

I wouldn't even begin to speculate what your conversion will be.
The only way to know is to test it. This is one of those things
that can paralyze a good effort.

Just do it man! Even if your conversions are low at first, you
can always test different options, to see what works better
That's the only way to know for sure. Don't worry about getting
it perfect out of the gate. It takes practice.

Like I said above, your design is good, and it guides visitors to
the proper decision making locations. That just leaves your copy.

Test different variations early and often. If you don't want the
hassle of loading a split test script, then just have multiple variations ready. Test a hundred or so visitors on one variation.

Then test the second variation with the next 100 or so.

If you load a script it will simply alternate each variations to
      every other visitor.

      Good luck!!

I used Nanacast to manage my split tests, but if you go to Wordpress.org
and click Extend > Plugins. Do a search for "split test" (without quotes)
and you'll pull back a lot of results.

This is also a great place to start with your A/B testing.

When putting up a squeeze page. There are basically 5 rules that need to be followed.

    1. The only reason for that page is to squeeze the readers email address out of them. Do not give any distractions. There must be no other links on the page to click away with (lose the icontact links)

    2. Try to get your whole squeeze page onto 1 page, so no scrolling is necessary.

    3. Move the opt in box so that it displays above the fold.

4 Your headline must be compelling. Something that makes the reader want to read further, and want what you are offering.

    5. The form needs to be clean. By this I mean get rid of the second opt in box and the required field sentence.
