Has anyone experimented sending PPV traffic to a squeeze page. I know most people mainly direct-link or use a landing page, but I'm wondering if anyone tried using a squeeze page to build a list for a certain niche. If so, what is the opt-in rate you have generally speaking.

I have used squeeze pages before and some of the results were great and some were poor. I didnt loose a lot of money is because I test with a small budget. The key to being successful with PPV is making sure you test everything. Even if you are pulling good conversions, a little tweaking can bolster your conversion rate. If your squeeze page is not working try to direct link to the offer. I am thinking that you are trying to build a list?

    Launching a product?

I've had success with PPV sending traffic to a very well-written landing page. Seems to me that PPV has sort of fallen out of favor. It was hot about six months ago but I haven't seen much about it lately. I completely dumped the campaign I was involved in, but made some decent commissions while the market was hot.
