Workshops in the UK query

Hello, I'm not sure if this has been asked before but here goes.

There is so much content on these sites, but sometimes I get overwhelmed, or don't know where to start, or am not confident in whether or not its going to work.

Therefore, I'm wondering has there ever been workshops where you go to a classroom environment and work with other like-minded people, either on one package; or on the basics; a sort of training course, but more orientated towards 'do' rather than 'tell'.

There are lots of workshops for IT in the industry, however if there are specific workshops for internet marketing, or even workshops which are less formal than specific training materials -- but with the added benefit of mentors, etc.

  • Yes there is. You can join a team in a classroom environment or get one to one help. Let's face it, it all boils down to money.

    Principally aimed at web developers though. Well worth the money if you build your own sites to make money from them.

    I've been twice over the last couple of years and learned a lot about SEO even though I'm not a developer myself.

    Not exactly the hands on internet marketing training you were looking for, though. Really just a day of various presentations. Worth the money if you build your own sites to make money from them, in my opinion.

  • Plenty of workshops in the UK, I have done a few but there are much bigger names than mine! :-)

    In terms of price, your looking at from £997 right up to £9,997 depending on the 'guru'!
