Definitely go with escrow if it's that much. Escrow is pretty much straightforward. You setup an account with Escrow.com, put in your information (name, email, address, bank account #, etc...) and send a bill to the buyer. The buyer receives the bill and pays it. Then Escrow.com will send you an email to transfer the site over, and once the buyer verify it, Escrow.com will wire you the money to your bank acct.

With me, it took 4 days to complete the transactions.

You can choose escrow.com through Flippa and you get a discount. If you didn't choose that as a payment method, then just go to escrow.com and start the project. The buyer will have to participate and there is a fee for using it, which can be split with the buyer.

The escrow.com process is fairly simple and straightforward. Here's a post I wrote a couple months ago explaining it that might help you out...

Don't forget other escrow services, such as Transpact.com and Moneybookers.com.

Transpact.com is particularly interesting, as it (unlike the others) allows you to specify your own transaction conditions to fully protect yourself.
