OK this may be a preschool level question but I'm curious about how to figure out my site's ranking.
Let's say you build a site and are competing within a highly competitive search term. Say Fat Loss. You KNOW you're not on the first page after a month but where exactly are you? Is there a quick way to tell?
I am building a site and while I don't expect it's on the first, I haven't been able to find it in up to eight pages of results. A good idea of whether or not I'm even getting anywhere would be really good for me as I plan my next moves.
