Aweber experts...I need your help

Hello Warriors,

Let me try and explain my question clearly...

I use an Aweber form to collect leads for a service I provide. However I just realized that once someone "subscribes" the first time, when they place a repeat order at the same form, they get the "order received" link as they ought, but I do not get the new information, as techinically they've already been subscribed.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Derek

Are they just subscribing to a prospect list or are they
purchasing something too and being put onto a customer
    list?

If the later, what shopping cart are you using?

What would you like to see happen that is not currently
    happening?

If someone is already on a particular AWeber list and they
try to subscribe again, they usually get an error message
that says they're already on the list.

(I'm just a little confused about your initial situation and
    request).

Sorry for the confusion, but thanks for your help.

      Here is the process...

Someone goes to my site and submits an order request for my keyword research services (here is the site if you need to see it)

Only after I receive the necessary information, do I invoice them via PayPal. (I don't want people paying before I confirm some things with them, thus the reason I don't put a "Buy Now" button)

So yes, they're basically just subscribing to a list, and I do follow up with occasional broadcasts.

What I would like to see happen is when someone wants to order my services for the second time (for a new niche perhaps) that they are able to fill out the same form and I receive this new information. Up to this point, I get no confirmation or anything because technically they're already subscribed. So what ends up happening...they think they've placed a new order, but I've received no new information.

I hope this clears things up a bit...Let me know if not and I'll try again!

      Thanks so much,
      Derek

        Thanks for the clarification.

Once they've purchased from you once, can you direct
them to another web form for their next purchase?

That way, you'd still get the details for the second enquiry.

Or just use a standard contact form rather than attaching
it to an AWeber webform and then you always get the details
sent to you - regardless of how many submissions people
        make.

Good ideas. Many thanks for your help.

I was hoping there was a simple option in Aweber that I was overlooking, but I just don't believe there is. Having the people on my list is a big plus, but getting the information is even more important. I'm just trying to find the balance, and get the best of both worlds.

          All the best,
