Use the personalize link in Aweber and it will add the code for you.

It's {!firstname}

Hi BJ

The best one to use is Chris's suggestion.

I learnt the hard way. I had a respondent who wrote me an email a few months back saying that if I couldn't get her name to start with a capital letter then my 'lack of attention to detail' didn't give a good impression!

I know it sounds silly but it happened - so BJ now that you have signed up to aweber - beware (have you ever noticed that aweber is an acronym for beware??) - Life's strange isn't it?

Have fun

Peter

Thanks

Did her lack of attention cause her to subscribe with her name in lowercase?

I assume you mean anagram, not acronym.

Thanks
