As I understand it, the typical price of these domains is something like $25-$50. I don't understand this niche domaineering market at all.
Since I'm now required to keep it for 60 days because either my host or registrar will let me let it go, should I build a site on it and THEN sell it or hope I can make a good profit simply by reselling it as soon as I can?
