TubeMogul and "commercial" videos?

I was going to start distributing some videos on Tubemogul to promote websites and clients businesses. Do understand that this is considered commercial and you need an account costing $50/month to do that?

I've heard many people say it's free but it looks like you have to pay for any commercial type videos. Is this one of those things that if you make it educational and a little promotional you can still use the free service?

Thanks, RMX

I have used tubemogul to push all kinds of review videos out - with website names and banners in the video, and have never had any issues.

The thing is, how "commercial" are the videos?

Are they 15 seconds of you saying to buy this product because its so great?

Or, does the video offer quality content, such as an actual review?

The videos I pushed through tubemogul where 5 - 10 minutes long, contained my website logo at the start, the content of the video, and my website name at the end.

So a video about XYZ carpet cleaning wouldn't fly for free distribution unless it was mainly about carpet cleaning tips with a little promotion included?

      If so that makes sense.
