What would you PAY for something like THIS?

I've been having a lot of fun fooling and around and making some 3D ecovers. I can make boxes, books, spiral bound reports, DVD cases and DVDs, etc.

Anyhow, while playing with making these and testing my design skills, I realized that I could share them with fellow Warriors by posting a WSO, but I'm not even sure what fellow Warriors might pay because I've never bought any ecovers, I've always made my own.

(BTW: Allen, if you want the hi-res original of this, PM me and I'll send it to you)

Let me know what you guys think...

I think it looks pretty good.

Very clean....a book cover you could see selling in bookstores.

    A lot of the ecovers/graphics I've seen looks...too crazy.

    This looks nice.

Its well done, very appropriate and I love the shadow and reflection. Good on you. Probably worth more than $12 although there are a lot of e-book cover generators for free. Hope you sell a few.

    God bless

So if I offered them in a WSO for, let's say, a Warriors-only starting price of $5.00 each, folks might snap up a few?

Wow, would it be worth the time to create one of these for $5?

I think it's great to build up your reputation but spending even
half an hour creating one of these, not even including the administration
      time, isn't very sustainable!

Normally, you'd be correct. If someone was doing it for a living, $5.00 ain't a whole heap. But the thing is, I make these ALL the time, just for fun. Every time I come up with another idea for something to market, the first thing I do is create a cover -- for some reason, it helps me in visualizing where I want to go with the product!

Anyhow, all of Web properties are pretty much on autopilot right now and I don't have any live seminars scheduled for the rest of the year. On top of that, I'm teaching my teenage daughters about online marketing methods, and I'm showing them a few things.

So... yeah, you're right. But I'd still like to have some fun and give some of my fellow Warriors a nice price on a quality item to enhance their own sales.

I wish the things I did for fun turned out so creative. Oh wait... I don't do anything for fun
Seriously that's neat how it helps you visual where you want to go with product. Best of luck with your WSO!

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I think I just may actually do a WSO for 3D covers. What a great way to turn something fun into some extra cash, and a great marketing lesson for my two daughters.

Keep an eye out for it...

What's the best software for creating ecovers?
If you don't know anything about graphic design, is it tough?

Very Good Faxinator, Your Cover is really looks professional. I am an ecover designer 2. I take normally $20 to $30 for a Professional ecover. So i think u can ask $25 for your ecovers.

Very professional looking. The price ultimately would depend on the content, But if I saw value in it, I could buy it based on the presentation.

    Hey guys!

The WSO is on, with a starting price of $9.95 per cover. In the analysis, $5.00 was too little, but less than ten bucks seems like a great price for you and worth it to me.

    Linky: Awesome e-Cover WSO

    Enjoy!
