Traffic Outsourcing - Is It Possible?

Anyone have any recommendations for outsourcing traffic or traffic generation?

I mean good targeted traffic, not buying impressions or some low quality stuff.

I outsource articles, but haven't found a good plan / system to give someone that brings in traffic.

All tips and recommendations welcomed,

    You can create an amazing product and fill it with affiliate marketing techniques to bring you in regular money, set up a mailing list to capture repeat visitors, spend a fortune on graphics but it is a total waste of time unless you have traffic.

    I suggest to hire SEO Specialist who can handle traffic generating tasks, however you need to be careful in choosing the right one. You will find many of the top firms but it will be hard to find the best.
