Downloading Videos

Guys,

What plugin or software do you use to download videos from sites that are embedded with JVplayer.

The firefox plugins don't work for these videos. They only work for video sharing sites. What about these sites?

  Download helper on firefox works unless they have set the video to be play only from their site.
  
  Not everyone wants you to download their video.
  
  Most people don't know how to prevent it so it is possible on most sites. In some cases you have to start the video playing before download helper with find it.
  
  At least I think that is the plug in.
