Anyone have affiliate with Niche Marketing on Crack?

I'm not sure if I find the right place to ask or not. Let me introduce myself a bit. I'm pretty new in the IM market. I've study quite a bit in this forum, and have tried to join some affiliates to have some products to promote.

One of the affiliate I joint is Niche Marketing on Crack, and the product seems getting good comments in this forum too. After I make sale to my friends, I do not see my payout. May be there is some cookie problem or whatever.

What annoyed me is that I find no way to contact the author to report (or at least find out the reason behind) the problem. I tried the contact function in affiliate panel, but getting no response after a week. My friend who bought the eBook has some questions on what it (seems to be URL to a sample not working), and he find nowhere to contact the author too.

Has anyone got similar problem? Or does anyone know how to contact the author? Just PM me in case it is more convenient.

    So do you know how readers can ask the author questions, in case there is problem? My friend told me that a sample URL mentioned inside is not working...

    Seems I better go for affiliate programs hosted by big companies, rather than trying some private affiliate...

    Oh, I just misread $20+ as $20K !!!

    But anyone know how to contact the author? Or web site I can go for leaving message or asking questions related to the ebook?
