Blogging to the Bank Affiliates - I'm Confused About Link!

Hey everyone

Hopefully someone can figure out what's happening here. For awhile now, I've had Blogging to the Bank in my autoresponder because it's one original program I liked. It always promoted this product: How To Make Money Blogging (no aff link there).

So I get an email today from someone saying my link, which has always sent people to the site that looks like the one above, is now sending them to something called Auto Blog System (I'm sorry the only link I have is this: Blogging to the Bank so don't buy it through this link - because I don't know this system and have no way of endorsing it without reviewing it). And the customer's not happy w/it, etc.

So my question is this...if you've been an affiliate for awhile too - did your links change?

And if so, how did this happen? I don't want to suddenly be promoting something I haven't endorsed.

Not sure if it's somehow a screw up on MY part or what.

    Hi Tiffany,

    LindaC here.

Just checked my Blogging to the Bank affiliate link and it goes to Auto Blog System X.

My affiliate link has not changed only the product.

    My Best 2 U,

Okay so I don't like that!

I didn't choose to promote this new product. I know nothing about it.

    Is this common practice?

I think with Rob Benwell this is how he is operating.

I was promoting Blogging to the Bank and all of a sudden he stopped selling that product and I was promoting his new Blogging Espionage. But my review was for Blogging to the Bank. I guess he stopped Blogging Expionage and now has a new product called, Auto Blog System X.

He uses the same blogging to the bank domain but keeps changing the offer. You have to keep on top of his promotions because they change so fast.

It is only common practice for those marketers who have loose morals and little integrity... (As a general rule... I do not know the owner of the original or new product...)

Those of us who have integrity would never do that to you, because we would not want other people doing it to us...

Yeah it helps explain it - I just don't agree with the practice at all.

It's one thing if it was RobBenwell.com or something and he had products coming out on that I had to stay on top of but this is a product site - I didn't expect the product to continue changing (edit - into something totally new, not just an update of the same product), so he's off my promotion list.

Thanks for clarifying for me Kid - I do appreciate it

      Hi TiffanyDow

I understand you are concerned about effect on your marketing of Rob Benwell changing programs promoted under you.

Check out the warrior forum reports of the poor service Benwell provided on Blogging To the Bank. Looks like if you were marketing it for a while you might have (more than) a few unhappy (referred) clients.

I bought it -- did not get the services as described - and got a refund. Seems like there may be a lot of this happening with his products.

But check the reports for your self http://www.warriorforum.com/internet...-made-you.html

      hope this comment useful
I am new to this forum

I bought BTTB but was soon informed it was not working properly.

Clickbank gave me a prompt refund.

I don't know how true the reason BTTB gave is, and it doesn't make sense if this product was so great a few days ago!
They also said in their advertisement that domain name and hosting was included.
BUT the very first thing they ask you to do, from their welcome email, is go out and PURCHASE a domain name and hosting!

Here's an email exchange of when I complained of having to pay for DN & Hosting.
Their 'answer' was basically, "Unfortunately the Premium Blog offer software is experiencing technical problems with certain features not working properly for some customers." followed by, 'get a refund'!

NOTE: as of this posting, the link How To Make Money Blogging With Blogging To The Bank is still working!!

It sho' nuff sends you to How To Make Money Blogging With Blogging To The Bank!!

All the work of Rob Benwell's "Million Dollar Blogging Team"!

    RE:

    Hello,
Your premium blog offer included a domain name, AND web hosting.

It specifically states this in your video at time marker 00:16.

Why are you folks NOW saying I have to PURCHASE a domain name?

I bought the premium blog on the promise that it included*
    "...buying
the domain, providing web hosting..." as you mention here:

Congratulations... You've Got A Free Blog

Now if you'd like me and my team to take
care of all the set-up including buying
the domain, providing web hosting and even
writing regular content then click below
    right now:

NOW, in the email I got after purchasing the premium blog, you say I have to PURCHASE my domain name:

If you don't already have a domain
    name then go over to*godaddy.com
or another registar and purchase your
    domain name.

    WHAT is going on here?

    (BEFORE purchasing premium blog):
Congratulations... You've Got A Free Blog
Now*if you'd like me and my team to take
care of all the set-up including buying
the domain, providing web hosting and even
    writing regular content*then click below
    right now:
How To Make Money Blogging With Blogging To The Bank

    THEN
    (AFTER purchasing premium blog):
If you don't already have a domain
    name then*go over to*godaddy.com
or another registar and purchase your
domain name for your money making
    blog...

WHY did you guys promise a domain name AND hosting in your video advertisment, and after I make the purchase, you then say I have to PAY FOR a domain name and hosting?

    Hello

As we do not have any technical input into the functionality of the software, We have made the product creator aware of these problems and are waiting for answers.

However, we feel it only right to advise you that we cannot give estimates on when these problems will be resolved and so therefore feel that we should make you aware that you have the option get a refund if your blog is experiencing technical issues.
