6. List your site for sell on top site or blog flipping sites [flippa.com]

7. Make the sale & Start smiling to your bank

8. repeat the process again and again.

Website flipping is a tough, tough business these days. Sites that do not have existing traffic or revenue are very difficult to sell. Considering Flippa's high cost of listing, it's a risk to list startup sites.

The one thing I can advise is to make sure everything is automated. People don't want to buy WordPress sites they have to update, even if they don't perform as well. A blog using an autoblog plugin will sell faster and for more money than a non-automated blog with unique content.

First of all, you must make sure that you could handle and improve the business you're going to acquire.
You also have to purchase a website that generates profits to make sure that the niche is lucrative.
This will require some research about the customers, whether there are some promotional opportunities that would be leveraged to increase your profits.
You'll spend some time to know what are the weak areas that you'll have to strength on after the acquisition (be it sales, online visibility, affiliate marketing, SEO, or may be the operations itself).
You also must be aware of the customer needs, problems, and wants. This would be made by talking to customers and ask them directly about their own problems.
You must also have to look at whether you have other goals you could reach through acquiring specific business.
You might want to acquire this business to pass the credibility hurdle and get access to already established customer base.
This is an investment decision and it requires serious planning from your side.
Be sure to assess the budget required after buying the business.

If you're going to flip sites, then you're going to have to learn the basics of building niche sites (or whatever other kind of site you might want to flip). This means learning the skills of Wordpress etc whether you were going to sell the site or not. If you don't know them yet I recommend you read around about that before you even think about creating sites specifically to sell.

Ruth hit the nail on the head. As others have noted, selling startups is an uphill battle these days. The only real money in website flipping is in established websites. To that end, Ruth's advice is spot on - learn the fundamentals of building high-quality, content-rich websites. Get traffic to them and get them earning money. Then and only then consider selling them.

Don't let any advice get youout of your determination to go into website flipping.

What l know about life is thaat there are times when a particular business would be condemned by people who think they know but the same bisuness would turn the fortune of the very man who is going into it because he is the one with the vision.

However, what ever youintend to do should be learned by you.

Therefore, l'll advise that you should please contact those who could teach you this kind of business and you'll be successful in it.
