Can I Flip Any Of These Sites? Suggestion Please

I'm Starting up blog flipping business. i have created these 2 blogs for flipping.

The first site have been generating traffic through over 12 articles
submitted to article directories.

And the second site has its own traffic too.

My Questions are Is it possible to sell any of these sites as they are now?

or what should i do on any one of them to make it look good to attract more flipping cash?

Your suggestions are highly needed.

    1) I would use a smaller banner. The Categories widget is covering a bit of it. Not enough content. Write some content (or outsource it). Get some traffic and make money with CPA.

    I would lose the Bidvertiser banner. It shouldn't be near the "retweet" button

    2) The same thing. I would change the design. It doesn't look professional. Write some useful content.

    Look, there is a lot of things that need to be done with your websites. Go to flippa and do some research.

    Sorry but the domains are horrible and the writing is worse. Everything feels very forced and unnatural.

    You didn't say how much traffic. I assume there is no revenue. They are both very basic looking and really wouldn't attract me as a buyer, unless they had great traffic and revenue.

    Your domain name is dogbitehelpcenter but your header is spelled Centre.

    You might want to spell them the same or you may lose some repeat visitors if they type in .....centre.com

    When I look at sites to buy I check out monetization (even if there isn't any, could I make money from it by making it better or doing something different), PR, content, backlinks, age of domain, and site design. I hate to buy sites that are just a few months old with no links, no pr, and no content. So if you work on at least a few of those things, you'd probably be better off to sell them.
