Finding the right advertisers and affiliates

I've been looking for advertisers and affiliates who will allow you to use your own promotions and some affiliates who also pay small amounts for free subscriptions. I've done quite a bit a research and i've not found much. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might go about finding what I need? Thanks!

    Yes, and a few others as well. I'm looking for something along the line of pay per lead/subscription/use... but it has to be free.
