OK I've Made A Video - What Now?

I recorded my first video with camtasia last night. I've posted it on youtube, metacafe and google vids.

What should I do next to get the maximum benefit from it?

Did you use your main keywords for the title of the video?

Did you put your url in the more information box so people can click on it if they're interested in more info?

Also, if you haven't done so write an interesting blurb in the info box to get viewers to click on your link.

I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.

First do keyword research. Once you have a good one. Then submit the video.

Traffic Geyser is pretty powerful. If you've done keyword research right and the term is not too competitive Traffic Geyser can nail it for you with the click of a button. Tube Mogel is its weaker older brother.

Make sure your link is in http:// format for YT in the video description. That makes the link clickable.

Thanks Mike, I think I'll use tubemogul for now. Traffic Geyser is not a cost I can justify at the moment.

    Hi Nick,

I found a useful thread for you and it is written by Andy.

He did some driving of traffic from video sharing sites to his url and made $3000 within an hour.

You can read his thread here

    Hope this helps. =)

    Cheers,
    John
