How to determine readership of a company's blog

Is there a way (tool, web site) to find out the readership/traffic of a certain blog? (Even if it's estimated.) I'm not interested in rank as much as numbers of visitors or subscribers.

Thanks for your info on this.

Clarification: I'm trying to determine the readership of SOMEONE ELSE'S blog, not my own.

      Thanks.

It is simple. Here is the tools you need for that -

    DoubleClick Ad Planner
    Alexa
    Google Trends For Websites.

    Use Quantcast.com

It shows you readership demographics and the audience, and the coolest thing is that it's free.

Many marketers use it to gauge the demographics of a site, then decide whether it is worth advertising on (or for) it.
