Anyone make good money buying/selling websites and domain names?

I am thinking about buying about 10 websites to turn around and sell. Anyone done that much? Is it still a good, viable option, and, is anyone still making money at it?

I sell websites and domains, but usually build my own websites to sell, but yes ... if you have websites that offer something of value to buyers, they will sell.

It will always make money and profitable - assets have been bought and sold like this for thousands of years. The only hard part is finding 10 good, undervalued sites to buy
