Hi everyone, I'm new and very glad to be here!.

I started internet marketing about 6 weeks ago now and am at a standstill, I've only made $15.96 and probably spent over $400 so far and its climbing, ive bought ebooks about the subject and nothing seems to work!?.

I started an internet marketing blog and really enjoy writing in it and giving out tips and lessons ive learned along the way, but im at the point where I need to start earning some money to give out better information, and its not happening?, ive actually got 7 other blogs all in different niches, and im still only at $15, I need allot of help.

I hope you can help me out in some way with some tips, or if my blog is terrible please let me know too, I wont be offended at all.

Thanks everyone!.

    OK...Here's the thing....

Your blog looks good, it shows that you enjoy updating it and maintaining it.
However, why not try to pimp some other products in smaller niche markets with the same tips you are giving out?

While this blog might be your "baby" that does not mean that you can't make some more cash with products that might be easier to get traffic and rankings for.

I sell products in the IM market, but I also made a couple hundred bucks today selling products that have nothing at all to do with Internet Marketing as well.

    Just something to think about.

Its a nice blog and I too have a blog describing my internet journey. But bottom line you won't make much money with the IM crowd: after all they are either new and broke or they have made it and know a lot more than you do! Instead I would focus on keyword research and get to setting up niche blogs/minisites to get you paid in those niches.

Stop spending money: you shouldn't be spending money on more courses and ebooks. Pay for hosting and domains only. Maybe a few useful software tools but stop paying to gurus- its really not that hard but involves a lot or work and a longer time frame than most think. I generally find it takes about 3 months for a site to start paying me - but then it keeps on paying with little further work on my part!

Oh and stop paying for PPC until you know what you are doing - that will send you broke faster than anything. You need to be able to rank your site on page 1 of G using SEO - once you have learned that the rest is easy!

Dude, I feel your pain! A lot of us are on the same desolate road. But, start reading through these posts and you will pick up some very valuable information that members freely import to you.

I know it's easy to get frustrated and discouraged when you spend money to make less money. It takes a while to get it all together but this is by far the best place to seek advice.

If you like writing, you can start writing articles and posts for other marketers that like to outsource their work. You can get paid instantly for work right into your Paypal account. You will see threads all this forum where outsourcing writing is in demand.

I know that it is very difficult to get anywhere with Google Adwords without a huge advertising budget. You'll find quickly that a lot of marketers here seem to go for free advertising methods which is great for us.

    Just an idea.
