DW alternatives?

Hi
I've been using the DW 30 day trial for my website building.
Now the trial is over and i don't feel like buying it since it's to bog of a program for my needs.

So i wanted to know if there are any other programs that are cheaper or even free, that can do the basic html /css in a simmilar way to DW?

I have never personally used it, but a lot of people I know really love Kompozer. It's free, so it doesn't hurt to give it a shot.
