What do I do if I suspect a competitor is clicking on my ads?

I've got two questions that I've had on my mind and I'd like to find out whether they are costing me money!

What do you do if you suspect that somebody (competitor) is deliberately clicking on my PPC advert? How can I check whether my clicks are legitimate?

Bounce rate, if somebody clicks on to my sales page, how long do they have to stay there for it not to be considered as bounce? I read somewhere that with sales pages, bounce rate is high because there are no other pages so even if the prospect is there for a a minute or two it counts as a bounce, is this right?

I just spoke to a friend who said this used to be a big problem but you can actually do something about it. Not sure if you complain to google or get some code to find out if one IP address is clicking, well, more than once or twice. I'd google and youtube this, there must be code out there to find this out. Even most tracking software should be able to do this.
Why do you suspect this, I mean. Was the ad a great one that's been split tested to death and all of a sudden doesn't work or is it a new campaign that's not performing. What's the story behind this and why you suspect foul play?

I have been wondering the same thing...I think a competitor may have clicked on my adwords ad a bunch of times because he was the only other one advertising on those keywords etc.

    Anyone know the answer?
